Nothing in these Terms limits pub477's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of pub477, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and pub477 regarding these Terms or any transaction on the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pub477's internal complaints process by contacting the pub477 support team. pub477 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
